Step 1: Pre-treating the item

Before the cleaning itself commences, we will vacuum clean the carpet to remove loose dust. If there are any stains, we will examine them before treating them with the appropriate, carefully-chosen detergent. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee the removal of all stains, as some could have permanently damaged the fabric, making them impossible to clean away entirely. However, we will still use the most effective cleaning products and procedures available.
Step 2: Main cleaning procedure

Step 4: Short drying time

Nonetheless, we can help you to speed up the process. Free of charge, we can bring along an air-mover and position it near your treated covering as it dries. In doing this, we can boost the airflow and so reduce the drying time by a few hours.
We urge you not to, after our cleaner has left, try removing any remaining stains yourself by using detergents of your choice and without our knowledge. We cannot be held responsible for any damage inflicted to the carpeting as a result of such treatment.

Step 1: Applying the detergent
We start by applying low-moisture powder evenly to the textile.
Step 2: Rubbing it into the fibres
Using a brush rotating at a safe speed, we will rub detergent into the carpet. Once this process of fibre agitation is complete, dirt and other debris will attach to the rubbed-in chemical agent.
Step 3: Removing residue
This step involves us using a power-vacuum to remove the powder and all loosened dirt.
However, we emphasise that, while this cleaning method can effectively refresh delicate rugs and carpeting, it cannot be used to remove stains.
