Our Methods of Hard Floor Cleaning
Which type of hard floor cleaning you should choose will depend on what variety of floor you have. However, we can assess your needs and guide you towards the best option.
We will initially remove the flooring sealing's top layer by scrubbing it with a cleaning machine and mash pad specially designed for hard floors. We will then proceed to coat the whole floor with a special cleaning solution before waiting for it to settle. This layer will absorb any dirt or grime that has accumulated on the surface. Once the surface has been cleaned in this manner, we will put an extraction machine to the job of removing both the cleaning solution and dislodged unsanitary agents. We will finish off by spraying a sealant onto that floor, leaving it fully clean and protected.
Linoleum and vinyl would be examples of such flooring, which we can inspect before thoroughly cleaning and mopping. We will then apply a special stripping solution to that floor and leave it there for roughly 15 minutes. Once that time has elapsed, we will strip the polish through use of a rotary-type machine with mash pads. This technique enables us to remove both the old layer and accumulated dirt. The next step will be to exhaustively mop that floor with a neutraliser before adding a fresh layer of polish, depending on the floor type in question. Only two or three hours later, that floor will be ready for you to walk on once again.
Your floor might not need recoating - in which case, we can simply clean it thoroughly. We can do that by spraying a cleaning solution on it to loosen any grime gathered there. We will then finish off the cleaning job through use of a rotary machine.
