Can I reschedule an appointment I have arranged with you?

We routinely use the latest products for optimum effectiveness. Our Antiviral Sanitisation, for example, relies on certified virucides with proven, lab-tested results. You can learn much more about our own stock of products if you read the individual service pages on our site.

No, at Cleaning Central we will supply and use all of our own equipment, even for our intricate End of Tenancy and One-off Deep Cleaning services.

In most instances, no. We only insist on deposits for large jobs worth at least £400.

We thoroughly train and prepare our staff to guard against instances of customer dissatisfaction. However, if there are times where we fall short, we urge you to let us know as soon as possible. We will investigate the situation and see how and where we can offer a suitable remedy.

This will depend on the services that you’ve booked us for. Rest assured that we will work as swiftly and as quietly as possible, but it may be best to book us when you know you won’t be in the property.

If you’ve booked us for a service that requires the furniture out of the space, i.e. Hard Floor Cleaning, we kindly ask that you ensure this yourself before our arrival.

Our End of Tenancy and Deep Cleaning services come with a 72-hour quality guarantee. This means that, if you have any issues with the quality of service we have provided, you can request a re-clean within 72 hours (3 days) after the original clean took place.
